I booked a king size room online. Paid in advance and when I get there no king available Then he said he is gonna upgrade me. We ended up in a double bed situation, toilet runs all night and half the tv stations don't even work. I asked if this is an upgraded room do they not come with a microwave? He said we don't have microwaves. I went to grab the cleaning lady while she was in a room cleaning and there was a microwave. So why was I told that after he said he upgraded me. This place is a joke blood on the walls in the hallways,trash on the staircase and the railing was so dirty you would not want to touch it. I definitely got what I paid for.

The location was really nice the only issue i had was they did not come to the room and they didn’t have irons for the room didn’t have fresh towels i had to go to family dollar to get towels i don’t recommend if you stay make sure you have towels and a iron

Worst motel 6 ever

I checked in and in 5 mins I was called homeless and my family was also called the same I got threatened by the manager that he would call that cops on me and my family and then kicked me out all in five mins literally.All I went to go do was check on my room witch wasn't even cleaned it was filthy and went back to tell the office and the two managers was already threatening my family to call the cops and said we was homeless and kicked us out witch we are not homeless but if we was that's why motels exist also

Everything was good until I left my AirPods. I tracked them back to the hotel. Called the front desk after noticed I left them. I was by the employee the housekeepers did not say anything in there group chat about finding my AirPods. Well no duh they not going to tell the truth. I hope they enjoy them. Asked for the manger to call me and he or she has failed to call me back.

Cleanliness and room layout: 2/5 -the room looked freshly mopped but my socks looked like I was walking through mud. -the sides of the toilet weren't cleaned and saw a puddle of urine on the side. -the tried to hide water damage so the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. -the toilet tank flap lost its suction so it was continuously draining, when I told management so it's not added onto my bill they said they've been waiting for maintenance to fix it. -there was a random door that was blocked by the mini fridge and microwave, which someone was messing with on the other side on the first night. -blankets were moist. Customer service: 2/5 +was able to check in early -when calling the front desk no one answered so left a voicemail. Later I went to talk to them and they told me that the voicemail was t.wkrmimg and they weren't aware that I called. -there wasn't a "do not disturb sign"

If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is fine. Nothing fancy, but that shouldn’t be expected for the price you pay. The surrounding area didn’t seem as sketchy as some areas of Dallas. Front desk guy was helpful and friendly with a good sense of humor.

The room I received this time around had issues. There was a hole in the wall next to the bathtub. The toilet would barely flush the sink drains very slow. My last stay was nothing like this not to mention I requested a king size bed and received two Queen sized beds .. I'm not happy with this location
