Checked in at 9pm on a Saturday and felt very unsafe... no hot water, door did not work had to call front desk to let me in room every time. As I was going into my room a man approached me for drugs.... there is no security and I had the worst experience there.. I’ll never go back

The room was clean The place was loud screaming both nights in the area outside the room screaming to let her see her so at 4 am Room burglarized Let only clothes in room they threw clothes on the floor and stole suitcase. No apology, I had to call police perso came in with a key. Windows were locked

It was nothing like the photos.. I wouldn’t say the desk employee was rude, more short and disinterested with the entire process of me checking in.. when I got to the room, the door took some fanagling to get to lock.. but did. Good thing because as I brought my things in from the car I was greeted by a 2v1 parking lot fight.. one of the 2 (that lost the fight) flashed a handgun (hipoint). It’s in the hood.. but on that scale, not the worst of places
