Very disappointed in the hotel and ultimately the owner. We arrived for a funeral in Rockwell (15 minutes away) at 1:30 in the morning. We went through a third party reservation for this room. The first room had not been cleaned at all, including beds not made and towels everywhere. Second room had mold growing on the ceiling from a room leak. The third try was the same as the first. The fourth room the keys would not work. The fifth room (an hour later) that we stayed in for the night was missing the a hair dryer and towels. We were supposed to stay for three days but there was no way after the experience that night. When we checked out we were told that our refund would not be a problem by the owner and then found out four days later that our refund was rejected by the owner. Very dissatisfied and would encourage others not to even look at this hotel after what we went through and then actions by the owner.

This hotel is ideal in location, but does not hold up to it's competitors. Everything from the doors, walls, furniture, linens, and appliances were very outdated and very dirty. The linens had not been changed between visitors. There were also multiple questionable objects left on the floor from previous guests. Other hotels of the same age that I have stayed at were outdated, but care had been given to clean linens, floor, bathroom, etc... and a clean place to sit. The lobby and outside of the facility have been maintained well and given more updates, but I used a side door closer to my room most of my visit and this was not very secure and also very outdated. The size of the room was very satisfactory, the largest for the price, but not worth the money after every other issue. Incredibly disappointed. I will not be staying here again no matter how convenient the location.
