It just didn't feel right. We weren't told about wifi. There was no channel guide in the room.There was only one light that worked in the room. The room service took the towels we used and did not replace them.

I was only there for a short time, but overall the room was nice. They are going through and redoing trim mold around the doors. in my room the new molding was not painted yet and there were still wood shavings on the floor like it had not been swept up.

Worst hotel experience ever

This hotel claimed to have suites. I needed this bc daughter's boyfriend came to Dallas with us. Well, their def of suite is to remove a double bed and put a sofa and frig in their place, & call it a suite. Had an unexpected $50 deposit that won't receive back for a week. In this "suite" they gave us 2 Pillows and one blanket & I had to argue to get another blanket and pillow even though we reserved for 3 adults. Terrible service...guy at desk always outside smoking a cigarette.

Everything about this hotel was horrible.

The floors were dirty and had hair in the bath tub. There were stains on the curtains and window seat. The light bulbs were burnt out and the air conditioner smelled like urine every time it turned on. The "kitchenette" looked nothing like the pictures on Travelocity; hotel staff said that they didn't even have kitchenette rooms.

Pretty Average Overall

This is a nice hotel, but the price should probably be lower. The rooms are comfy, but they should get rid of the old stained damaged furniture in some of the rooms. The staff are just attendants. It seems if they are just there to watch you and be nosey, so don't any real customer service. Privacy is very minimal as well!
