Breakfast tickets were not available when my husband and son checked in. They were told to back down to the desk later. It was already late so they went to bed. They went the next morning on the way to the restaurant. They waited at the front desk for over 5 minutes. No one ever greeted them. They went on to the restaurant. An employee at the restaurant went to find someone who could help with the tickets. After another 10 minutes they finally were able to watch a lady fill out the tickets. The Lady was rude. When they were leaving my Husband stopped to ask for a printed copy of the receipt. He was told by the same Lady that they do not print receipts. Now we have charges on my credit card that I cannot prove are not ours. I have NEVER been told that I could not receive a printed receipt. It doesn’t matter How I made the reservations! We have used this hotel in the past. We will Not in the future! BTW. The bathtub in their room was Very Slippery! Said it almost felt like it had oil on it. Be careful!

The lobby area was very nice and staff was helpful upon checking in. Parking was very easy. The hotel showed its age in the rooms and bathrooms. I am sure they did a good job cleaning, but some things with age just don't look all that clean. The hallways had a very weird odor and only one floor had ice. No ice machines, just gallon sized bags of ice put in freezers. The beds were very comfortable.

Big 12 Championship game. Hotel appeared to be full. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Room was stocked with essentials. Would have preferred a softer bed! Breakfast had a number of choices - it would have been nice to have an option for a soft drink! Appreciated the option to purchase a shuttle trip to AT&T stadium. Overall, an excellent stay.
