We ask for a couple extra pillows and never received them. Had several calls in the middle of the night for no reason. Then when we walked outside of the room to put stuff in our vehicle. The vehicle beside ours had been destroyed during the night, window knocked out tires had been slashed.

They had no shampoo or conditioner, upon our request. No breakfast and the coffee pots were empty at 9:30 AM.

The guy at the front desk was one of the friendliest front counter dudes I've ever met. What this place lacked in amenities, it made up for in friendliness.

Outdoor cement steps crumbling. 2 foot long Rip in carpet near the foot of the bed curtain hem was ripped out and hanging, lampshade crushed and cracked, numerous scratch marks and smudges on the walls. And, I kid you not, what looked like a pair of bloody handprints on the wall. I have pictures. Literally the worst hotel room I've ever been in. They offered to put me in one of their newly remodeled rooms, but if they are willing to put a customer in that trashed room, then I don't want to stay there at all. I went to another hotel.

Even though I had reservations, my room was not ready. The hotel staff was not friendly. I have never been a cigarette smoker but the hotel staff was constantly saying this is a non smoking room and the fire department would be called if you do so...made me feel some type of way...I will never book there again!

Pictures are deceiving- the place is run down. The room had water stains in ceiling, holes in bathroom door, lampshade had pieces missing from it, lever to make shower work was broken (took me a little bit to figure it out), blanket on bed had numerous holes in it, carpet ‘felt’ dirty on my feet, door closed but didn’t feel secure,stayed 3 nights and EVERY night had to get the key card programmed again, coming back one night to find that the door wasn’t locked from housekeeping- I just pushed it open in part from the frustration of no green light from keycard, broken/dirty/old AC laying in stair aisle makes for a bad first impression too. No free breakfast as written in description- although there was some coffee- albeit, lukewarm. Close to where I wanted to be and the price was reasonable, but, will never stay here again. I’ll pay a little more next time for some comfort and a better feeling. Staff was friendly, though!

The staff was helpful and pleasing to talk too. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave(it was missing a knob but no big deal). The hotel was close to attractions. There was no breakfast but the hotel didn't advertise providing it. They did have coffee available. I would stay there again.

Disgusting

This hotel was very very disturbing. When entering the room 2 huge roaches came out. One and the wall and one in the carpet. The smell of the room was as if noone has ever cleaned it. The beds stained with God knows what. Ugh will NEVER go to this motel again!
