There was a line of people ready to check in and only one person at the front desk. Also I asked for a non-smoking room and I still got a room that smelled soo bad like cigarettes.

Very nice , friendly staff. I had questions about food places to eat at & they knew all the places nearby & even recommended some places to deliver. Also the mall was right next door basicly

Enjoy the view looking out at the pool area very clean and well kept. The breakfast was awesome and plenty for everyone. The setting in lobby very nice and comfortable. The mattresses need some updating . One very important thing handycap room on 5th floor needs to be a walk in shower tub was very hard to get into very slick bottom , floor very slick needs mats on floor or no slip rugs .
