What I didn't like was that check-in time according to La Quinta policy states 3pm. Our room was still not ready at 4pm and we had someplace to by 4:30pm. Came back at 11pm to check in and were given keys to someone else's room that was occupied. Was after midnight when we finally got a room. Front desk associate made a copy of my ID and debit card because computers weren't working properly. Never staying at a La Quinta again. Get it together.

Waited 5 minutes to check in. No hot water. Heard others say they had no hot water. No credit given. Toilet seat so low even me at 5'3" was to low and hard to get up from. Men standing up would splater so not sanitary and with cleaning times tight you know it doesn't get cleaned well along with no hot water to clean with.

It was located centrally to serval things; however, the rooms were not at all what they showed in their online pics... we felt as if we were catfished...

Friendly staff at the front desk. However as soon as we got off the elevator on the 4th floor we were hit in the face with a horrible mildew smell. Luckily we couldn't really smell it inside our room. Also the tub didn't have a drain plug, so for my daughter's bath I had to plug the drain with a washcloth. Just kind of annoying. The mildew smell was waiting for us in the hallway the following morning.

I rented two rooms for myself and my children because we were in town for a funeral. We had driven over 6 hours to be there and we were exhausted. There were two rooms by ours that had dogs. They barked literally all evening/night long. We spoke with the front desk at least 10 times with the last time being around 1:30 am. Nothing was done to stop the barking. We weren’t even offered to change rooms. Fortunately my 5 & 8 year old are sound sleepers or I would have been beyond livid if the barking were to keep them awake. So we were up all night long with dogs barking, unable to sleep, and we had to get up early the next day to attend the funeral of my young cousin and then drive over 6 hours to get back home. I spoke with the manager the next morning before we left for the funeral and he apologized. He did refund one of the rooms I had reserved, which I appreciated. He said he would talk to the guests that have the barking dogs and would talk with his staff. Overall, not a good experience at all.

The elevator was out of order so we had to load our luggage up flights of stairs. They were big fans because they had room that had flooded and smelled which affected me cause of my health issues. The rooms were just not as clean as I expected them to be. Some people were okay with nerf guns at 3am. Not a good experience at all.
