The property was older, and while the room was clean, it had a stale smell upon arrival. It wasn’t a suite, as advertised, even though it had an extra room with a cheap TV on a small table. The restroom was tiny, and the smoke alarm was falling off the wall. The blankets were cheap, and the overall ambiance was not upscale. Front staff for breakfast seemed confused when I asked about breakfast as if he was CERTAIN we didn't have the $23 voucher I paid for breakfast.

Our vehicle was broken in to in pain daylight, when we went to ask the receptionist if we could see the footage she told us they didn't have cameras outside. She also told my husband that theres been other occasions of break-ins.
