The area is not safe at all .. the bed was old you would sink in.. when i got in the restroom there was only 1 towel and hair on the so called clean towel..a gentleman was nice to exchange it

Everything was terrible rooms smell like smoke, knats in bathtub couldn't get them out due slow drainage. No fridge or microwave. People were cussing, fighting, all night, kids were up. I want my money back

Need better communication between shifts

Pros: Easy access, Close to my destination
I notified the staff that we wouldn't arrive until after 10pm, when we arrived at 11:30, they had no more rooms of the type we booked, they were down for remolding. They did give us a more expensive suite with a fold out couch at the same rate of my booking. We had to go back to the office for bedding for the couch and were told they couldn't leave the office, I insisted and the clerk brought them to the room about 20 min later.
