Nice place, clean and with great city location. Close to so many attractions. Furniture was not comfortable and only bed was appropriate for sleeping. I would only use for two adults max. Loveseat back seemed to be broken and not useable.

Nice place, comfortable and centrally located downtown. Host was courteous even though we accidentally missed our checkout window. Would recommend for anyone with downtown business. Only real negative is that finding a temporary parking spot so we could go into the apartment to get our parking fob was pretty difficult.

Nice location convenient to all we wanted to do downtown

This was our first time using VRBO. Yes, we were a bit nervous about doing so, but all went great. Clear instructions to access property and parking received 12 hours before checking time. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. 15 min walk to west end. 20 min walk to performing art centers. Many good places to eat nearby. Bed was good, but cotton/poly sheets were uncomfortable, so if picky bring your our cotton sheets. Furniture in kitchen and living area was less than comfortable and flimsy. View from windows as impressive. Pool, exercise room, and meeting area on top floor nice, with great views of downtown. Overall felt safe and secure, other than multiple groups of pan handlers west along Elm Street.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Easy to access and plenty of room. Nice to have some toiletries available. The bed was sort of uncomfortable. It’s a memory mattress but my hips sank to the bottom and it almost felt like I was sleeping in a recliner. Also host never responded about a bracelet for the pool but I don’t think you really need it. For the price I was very happy!!

This was my first time staying in an “apartment building” vs a hotel. We are from a small town so navigating the city was a learning experience but the instructions given to us were amazing. We enjoyed the huge windows and the views. Would love to stay here again if we ever get back to Dallas.

This chic, comfortable apt had it all. Convenient location, unobtrusive security, well-appointed unit with lots of light and city view, great toiletries, beautiful kitchen. Walked to the Winspear Opera House, the JFK Sixth Floor Museum, and to a great breakfast spot (Metropolitan on Main). Highly recommend.
