"Expedia cancelled my reservations and i was not provided a email letting me know so when I got there, I did not have a reservation so I had to rebook on Expedia just to still get the same deal then once we got that situated and headed to our room, we were locked out of our room because the door system did not work. Had to have someone from the staff maintenance come and reactivate the door so we could get in our room and that took about fifteen minutes but overall after that, we had a great experience the property is very big and lovely. "

"The only thing I dislike was paying for parking. I think that all guests of the property should be able to park for fee or for a very minimum price per day."

"This hotel was within walking distance of the Cobb Convention Center. The only issue was all the road work in the area making our walk a little longer thsn expected. Again, not the propertys fault"
