"Has not seen maintenance in a decade. Plumbing did not work in bathroom. Asked for a different room but hotel was full so had to find another location. Pieces of the wall missing. AC in lobby not working. "

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "

"It is clear they are working on renovating and updating this hotel. The room we were put in was nice, but lacking in a few ways. A main issue was that there was so little light in the room. The 2 lamps in our room worked but were far too dim to light the room, and the bathroom light was so dim that I had to use my flashlight when getting ready in the morning. The staff was kind and accomodating though I am sure this will get better as they complete their update."

"Property and facilities are clean. Can’t complain about free breakfast. I booked a room with two queens and a bathtub and was given a king bed with a shower. Stayed three days and the room was never turned over."
