"We were on our honeymoon. We had a very nice relaxing trip. The pool was clean, the view was great, and the service excellent. The location was ideal. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. All the lady’s at the front desk were so helpful and gave us must see spots. But we were able to come back to a beautiful and calm room. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the ocean."

"We arrived 5/17/25 - 5/24/25 upon arrival we instantly noticed the water and all the lush trees and large pool. The weather was perfect all week. We make a long drive to the keys every year for the fishing off the dock. The dock was not very long nor was the water very deep. (Listed in description) the wood seemed a little rotten in some areas it wouldn’t hurt to replace. The downstairs was very basic setup, not very cozy feeling. The upstairs was nice and comfortable. There’s a lot piles of palm leaves, wood, metal and etc lying around the property as well. Nothing that caused any concerns, just made the back around the fence look very junky. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again. Coco Plum rental was so friendly and helpful with all our needs. "

"Our stay was very nice... the house was very well stocked; communication with property manager was prompt and very helpful. Loved sitting on the porch or the chairs on the grass (no other outdoor seating out of the sun). The grounds were very well kept and beautiful... the grass yard was gorgeous and quite rare for the Keys. We did get bit by no-see-ums, and the turtle grass was quite thick on the beach. This made it not so fun to launch kayaks. There really is no other way to do it for 'old folks', but to go right through it (sinking almost knee deep). I have to say, it did dissuade us from using them more. The kayaks were definitely used, and the fleet could use a 'refresh'. There seems to be resident turtles off the dock that made daily appearances. Also, I have to say, it was great having bathrooms off of each bedroom (ideal for 2 couples travelling together). "
