Chair in front the desk look like someone went to the bathroom in it and was NEVER cleaned during our week long stay. Plus 20.00 a day to park and 35.00 a day resort fee was nothing but a joke. We won't be back.

Old school Key West motel, with a nice pool and comfortable, clean rooms. Our room was spotless, and kept clean every day. Free coffee every morning at the outdoor Tiki Hut by the water, and a handy microwave and refrigerator in the room. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. ...

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. However, it was taken care of promptly! We chose to use that time to check out the restaurant on site and were we impressed!! The staff, so welcoming, both at the hotel and the restaurant…..and the food experience we had for dinner that night was unmatched!! ...

Hawks Cay Resort
We stayed in a villa. The carpet was dirty, the shower was so small it was hard to turn around, and there was little water pressure until there was none at all, to which they moved us into two rooms in the main hotel. We must've been next to an AC unit or something because it sounded like military ...
