This hotel is located within walking distance to the city and beaches. This is the best, small family feel hotel on the island. I have been back 7 times and will continue to do so. The vibe, very friendly,staff, snorkeling off the pier, the delicious food and on and on. It’s perfect!

Friendly, efficient staff, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Site more appropriate for divers than guests just on vacation. No coffee pot in rooms, no washcloths, WiFi only available in the lobby; all easy things to work around. Spectacular views from beach area, and balconies. Beautiful property.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The wait staff, activity leaders and room attendants were pleasant and helpful. The buffets and food service were good. Some days better than others but overall pleased. The illusionist’s magic show was excellent. This is our sixth year staying at this resort and we will most likely return next year. It is not the fanciest resort on the island but value for money can’t be beat.

Most staff was great but often very long waits for food by pool area, over 30 min to get order taken, then anoth 30 for food which didn’t work especially with kids. Limited food options but tasty for most part. Entertainment staff very good. Beach unacceptable for kids. Dated but clean. Review sounds negative but overall we enjoyed ourselves for sure.

Value was unreal and my #1 consideration. The rooms had wonderfully comfortable beds and even a hammock that would practically put you on the balcony once you opened the full room width sliding doors. Daily housekeeping was fantastic and would fulfill reasonable requests. The food was mediocre to great, but with unlimited buffets, pick your pleasures and leave the undesirables on the buffet. Same with dessert, if something needed a little TLC the bartenders would add milk, or a little coffee syrup as appropriate. The activity directors presented endless energy and came to know everyone that engaged personally. I was a solo traveler for a week, so I had to engage other guests a little more proactively that a family or couple would. The SCUBA facilities onsite for washing, storage and prep for daily charters was exceptionally well integrated with the hotel. The beach has a very accessible step down into the water and a surge management rock shoal to safely transition into the swimming/snorkeling area after getting prone and masking up in a 45x15x8’ protected area. Even with strong winds that had red-flags at most beaches, it was comfortable making the transition, despite the yellow flag that violently whipped at our beach. The guests tended towards young families and retirees. Representation was mixed approximately 30:30:30:10 Canadian, American, Mexican and other. After 8:30 the resort was very quiet. Cozumel is relatively safe, so go off campus and explore!

I’ll start by saying that upon arrival I was skeptical of what I had booked. The buffet is really only worth eating for breakfast. The room was clean but the toiletries that they provided were extremely inexpensive & this was the first trip I did bring my shampoo, conditioner or body wash because the last 4 places I’ve stayed (Playa Del Carmen, Jamaica, Los Cabos & even a cruise had better toiletry options than this hotel. The staff was friendly. The coffee shop is not included in the all inclusive package either. I plan to stay there again but I now know this is one place that I can’t pack light in the toiletry area & need to bring extra $ for meals outside of the resort.

This was our 1st time to Cozumel. This resort offered everything we could have asked for! Breakfast was delicious, but we wish there was more mexican cuisine. Lunch and dinners were basic buffet with pastas, mashed potatoes, stir fry, meats.....not bad but not great. There was a grill station but always a long lineup so we didn’t try much of that. We loved that the rooms had a mini fridge. The easy snorkling right off the private beach was awesome. We would definitely go here again!

It’s a very clean & good environment has ocean/ buffet restaurant side & pool/ hotel room side. Both are with good view. Room is spacious & clean. Food is good enough to make you full. Breakfast with two made to order stands: omelet/egg & taco/ quesadillas. Lunch & dinner with fish/steak stand which is wonderful. Staffs are all very friendly with warm smile. Tried the special dinner once just so so. Over all is a good experience with good value. It’s very convenient for ppl love snorkel & dive. Walk 15 mins to cruise terminal & mall. Then continue will reach San Miguel down town/ferry terminal. Taxi ~100 pesos.
