Friendly, efficient staff, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Site more appropriate for divers than guests just on vacation. No coffee pot in rooms, no washcloths, WiFi only available in the lobby; all easy things to work around. Spectacular views from beach area, and balconies. Beautiful property.

Everything is wonderful , Such a friendly group of young staff. The meals and the cocktails are beautiful. The pool is crystal clear. The meals are tasty and the beach is clean. The hotel could use a paint job but who cares?

Room were very clean, staff very helpful the entertainment staff, Suny, Juanita, Jose, Denny and Yesi were a lot of fun getting people involved. Miguel in the restaurant is a very hard worker, Sylvia and Marianna are very good at their job. Food was very tasty. Our first visit but will be back! Thanks to everyone there

We have been going to this property for 25 years. Rooms and hotel are all clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We have seen the quality of the food decrease every year.

Room was outdated. Soap holder in bathtub had rust on it. The King mattress was filthy and felt like it was a futon mattress. The food was bland. They had many options to choose from, but they were all so bland. The desserts were dry when they should've been moist (i.e the cakes and brownies. They had hot cakes and french toast and never had any maple syrup. Each day they claimed to have run out of syrup, regardless of what time we arrived for breakfast. The room service food was awful. The hamburger was flat as could be and apparently was made from frozen meat. The club sandwich didn't have any bacon, which is typical of a club sandwich. One of the staff at the buffet area went out of his way to not be of service to us. We filed a formal complaint with guest services, but unsure if anything was done as it was our last day there when we complained, although it happened two days in a row (we just weren't sure it was him), however when he did it two days in a row, we knew for certain as well when another employee told him to service us, he still didn't do so and we have no idea as to why. He also directly ignored us when we asked him for coffee.

I did not appreciate the entertaining at the pool because it was more noise than enjoyment. The rooms are not insulated good enough, you can hear everything, then I could not sleep very good. I got food poisoning and it ruined part of my trip. As for the staff, they were courteous and helpful.

Room and hotel in general is clean, but room would benefit from a good refresh. A/C is pretty noisy but works fine. Wifi access is inexistant in rooms and unreliable in the lobby. Food quality is poor overall, with not much choice and clearly leftovers from previous meals being rearranged. Breakfast is correct though. On the positive side, employees are nice and helping. The beach area is really enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is located at a walking distance from downtown.

Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay.

Add more staff to support the pool. Dinning options were limited. The specialty restaurant which is only open (3) days a week was booked when we checked in. Maybe only take reservations in the morning of the day it’s open. Outside of that, the staff is friendly and the rooms were clean.

We have stayed here 4 times and it's wonderful. Staff is so nice. Pool activities are always so much fun. It's a great location. You can book activities/vehicle rentals right from the hotel lobby.

I did my research before my vacation. It's not 5 star resort, if you want 5 star buy more expensive one. Food was good, but a la carte only one restaurant and we haven't had a chance to get it. It only works 3 days a week and have limited space. Snorkeling was good, water clean. Mostly of the day was either not enough staff or they work slow, so i would have to get our drinks by myself at buffet. But it gave me a chance to burn calories 🙃. Overall we like and my wife already wants to come back. They also have bikes included in our stay. We used them and like yhat experience.
