Este maravilloso condominio único de una habitación está ubicado en Residencias Reef. Esta comunidad es una propiedad de condominio cerrada de primer nivel. El complejo está compuesto por cuatro edificios bajos de 3 pisos. Los jardines son lo suficientemente grandes como para sentirse espaciosos, pero lo suficientemente pequeños como para tener esa sensación de resort de 5 estrellas muy especial. Hay una vista al mar perfectamente orientada y una playa privada. Hay dos piscinas privadas climatizadas y un solárium en la azotea con una ducha al aire libre para refrescarse. Los jardines están maravillosamente cuidados y muy bien cuidados. La playa de arena blanca se mantiene perfectamente con muchas tumbonas y palapas de paja para una mezcla de sombra y sol. Un muelle proporciona un lugar conveniente para recoger para bucear o pescar. Se puede aplicar una pequeña tarifa a los huéspedes que utilicen el muelle.

Beautiful condo and beach. Very clean!

The owner was very easy to get a hold of and provided great information on how to get to the condo and things to do here. I would recommend this location it is very nice.

Everything as advertised -- great stay.

Highly recommend! Great condo and complex in south part of the island. The main pool and beach area were 5 star plus. Location was close to several popular activities. Communication from host and property manager was professional andhelpful.

The condo was awesome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

I have rented several times from VRBO and at this resort. All I can say is the owners responded ASAP when we needed something which made us feel at home. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture, which is a plus for Mexico.

Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had, Thoughtfully decorated, absolutely spotless, it had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything a discerning chef might want. The king bed, was extremely comfortable, and nights were very quiet. The location is ideal with a good distance from the noise and frantic downtown Cozumel, safely watched over by very friendly, helpful staff at the well marked private entrance. The grounds and crystal clean pools, were perfect, and only a few steps to a private beach. my only regret providing this review is making it more difficult for us to get back to this little spot of heaven, and finding it available. I've been coming to Cozumel for many years, and I feel about this unit surpasses even The Landmark which is where we sometimes found what we were looking for.. at twice the price. Thanks for the owners of this gem, it's a reflection of exceptional care and great hospitality.

Perfect getaway

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

Relaxing and soaking up some rays

Condo was as described and shown in pics. Owner and manger provided detailed info, guides on where to eat and location of stores/ other amenities on the island. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this location in mind for future return trips to Cozumel.

Beautiful stay

The stay here exceeded our expectation and the pictures don’t do it justice, just beautiful! The condo was super clean, cleaning staff came 3x/week and left the place immaculate. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, cannot recommended enough!

Awesome property and unit

We've stayed here before and will again. This unit is in a great location, very clean and well appointed. The management is spot on and they addressed our very few concerns immediately. We will never stay at a hotel in Cozumel again.

Condo was exactly as described! Everything you need and then some. We will definitely come back to stay. Maybe some directions in English on how to use the washer but other than that it truly couldn't have been better!

Clan, well stocked, the cleaning person was excellent. Very nice condo--only issue is that the remote for the fire stick is corroded and needs to be replaced.

Perfect Stay

Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Diver’s Delight

This unit is perfect for divers and non divers alike. The views of the water, sandy beach, and pools are outstanding. The unit comes well equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing get away. The owner, Ross, is great to with and responds to messages or questions very quickly. My son and I were absolutely thrilled with the property. I would recommend Residencias Reef and unit 8350 without hesitation. We will be back!

Plenty of space and a great tropical view

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

You will not be disappointed

Wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. Very Very well provisioned. Plenty of room and storage. The whole complex is well maintained and is gated. Awesome beach that is groomed everyday. 2 pools that are great for taking a break from the beach. Good facilities. If your looking to visit Cozumel and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of town this is perfect. Always great communication from owner and manager. cleaning staff did an excellent job. Felt safe and secure and again just a great set up.

Out of this world

Where to even begin. This property and condo is five star all the way. It was clean and comfortable everything that you would ever need in a condo. I hate to leave this review because I want it to be available when we return. That grounds are very well maintained and the staff could not have been an better. Beautiful beach and you almost have it to yourself. We met some amazing people and most have stayed there before or own. We stayed 3 weeks and did not want to leave. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Having a washer and dryer was a high bonus. Until next time….
