Este maravilloso condominio único de una habitación está ubicado en Residencias Reef. Esta comunidad es una propiedad de condominio cerrada de primer nivel. El complejo está compuesto por cuatro edificios bajos de 3 pisos. Los jardines son lo suficientemente grandes como para sentirse espaciosos, pero lo suficientemente pequeños como para tener esa sensación de resort de 5 estrellas muy especial. Hay una vista al mar perfectamente orientada y una playa privada. Hay dos piscinas privadas climatizadas y un solárium en la azotea con una ducha al aire libre para refrescarse. Los jardines están maravillosamente cuidados y muy bien cuidados. La playa de arena blanca se mantiene perfectamente con muchas tumbonas y palapas de paja para una mezcla de sombra y sol. Everything as advertised -- great stay.

Highly recommend! Great condo and complex in south part of the island. The main pool and beach area were 5 star plus. Location was close to several popular activities. Communication from host and property manager was professional andhelpful.

Fantastic condo w/ wonderful owner.

We had the misfortune of arriving just in time for Hurricane Beryl to be making landfall. The condo owner, Russ, kept in constant communication with us about the hurricane and how to be prepared. We were out of power for 60 hours but the condo kept cool and we were well stocked with fresh water and buckets of flushable water. The condo is very spacious and well set up and stocked with anything you could need. It by far has been the best accommodating place we’ve stayed at for rentals. The ocean and pool was very accessible and the staff present were very friendly. The check in process was very smooth and easy to get in. My only complaint was while the owner was very communicative and helpful we barely heard from the property manager. We had asked a question and didn’t hear back until hours later. Still very friendly though and I understand with the hurricane things might have been out of sorts.

Plenty of space and a great tropical view

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

PARADISE! ABSOLUTELY PARADISE!

We absolutely loved the location. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Every day we enjoyed the most amazing sunset & ocean views, and it was a very short walk to the pool or beach. The host made sure we had clear instructions for our arrival, and his local managers made sure we were well looked after. They did all of our grocery shopping for a reasonable fee so when we arrived at the condo it was fully stocked. The staff and security people at this quiet & well looked after community are incredibly helpful & nice. The location is out of the touristy area, but still not a far drive to town. Dive or snorkel boats can pick up and drop off at the pier a 1 minute walk up the beach which is extremely convenient. There is secure parking if you have a car, or the staff will get you a taxi on very short notice whenever you like. The pool was heated and the whole atmosphere was super relaxing. The pictures really don't do the place justice. If we go back to Cozumel this is definitely where we will be staying.

Perfect getaway

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

Beautiful stay

The stay here exceeded our expectation and the pictures don’t do it justice, just beautiful! The condo was super clean, cleaning staff came 3x/week and left the place immaculate. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, cannot recommended enough!

Out of this world

Where to even begin. This property and condo is five star all the way. It was clean and comfortable everything that you would ever need in a condo. I hate to leave this review because I want it to be available when we return. That grounds are very well maintained and the staff could not have been an better. Beautiful beach and you almost have it to yourself. We met some amazing people and most have stayed there before or own. We stayed 3 weeks and did not want to leave. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Having a washer and dryer was a high bonus. Until next time….

Awesome property and unit

We've stayed here before and will again. This unit is in a great location, very clean and well appointed. The management is spot on and they addressed our very few concerns immediately. We will never stay at a hotel in Cozumel again.

Relaxing and soaking up some rays

Condo was as described and shown in pics. Owner and manger provided detailed info, guides on where to eat and location of stores/ other amenities on the island. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this location in mind for future return trips to Cozumel.

Perfect Stay

Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Perfect Cozumel Sight

I have been to Cozumel a number of times but this is the first time I stayed at Residencias Reef. I will always go back to this location and this condo in the future. Everything was outstanding. Very nice furnishings, immaculately clean and awesome location. The beach and pools are just steps away. Easy taxi (or rent a car with easy parking) to get to town. Even the guards and in the gatehouse were gracious and awesome. For divers, it could not be better. The pier where dive shops will pick you up is less than 5 minutes walk away. A wonderful location for a perfect beach/dive vacation.

Wonderful, quiet place to get away (and stay connected)

The condo was wonderful! It was a great place to continue our adventures, 'working from home'. The view is great from the balcony. I enjoyed starting my day by walking on the beach and then checking in with work while staring out at the ocean. There was never a problem getting a chair by the pool or on the beach. It was so nice to be away from town (especially when there were 5-6 cruise ships in town) but close enough when you wanted to get there. I was also thrilled that there really was very little to no sargassum on the beach in front of the condo. If there was, it was cleaned up early in the am! Ross always responded when there were any questions. I hope we can do another 'adventure' very soon.
