"The property is kept clean, well lit and safe, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The AC worked well and it was great having a pool and hot tub on site. It was also nice to have a guest laundry on site. The short walking distance to Disneyland was a big bonus! The building is a bit older and we did have maintenance issues with our first room but they quickly moved us to a different room. Original room issues were: The door closed and locked but did not seal, letting in light and air at the threshold and down the side. New weather stripping was needed. There was enough of a gap that we could easily rattle the door in the frame which was worrisome when leaving the room for the day without the inside locks engaged. (nothing happened, it's a safe property) The shower head; water was spraying out of the pipe at the back of the showerhead into the bathroom and also into a hole in the drywall behind the showerhead. (we were moved out of that room) We did buy liquid hand soap and bodywash. The room did have a minifridge which was much appreciated for food and drink. Only microwave was in the lobby. There is a pod coffee maker in the room, and more brewed coffee in the lobby. Overall, we would stay here again as it was clean, friendly, and close to Disney."
