Room and hotel are fine, but location and noise are terrible. Right by the freeway and a busy road and zero soundproofing with walls so we listened to cars racing by, and our neighbor's heavy footsteps until midnight. Awful sleep which made our stay and the next day rough.

The toaster took my bread and literally turned it into a piece of charcoal, setting the fire alarms off, building had to be evacuated, fire truck showed up elevators disabled. Slightly embarassing. Thee were settings for bagel, wheat bread and white bread and evidently it was on the bagel setting which made my bread go thru slower resulting in the burnt toast. It would be advisable, to have a warning sign telling you to choose appropriate setting.

I found an insect in the bathroom and took a photo to show the front desk. However, there was no apology at all, only a brief comment that they would "check it". The response made me feel as if I were being unreasonable or exaggerating the issue, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional.
