"Great location. Easy walk to the beach, coastal walk, or catch the local buses. Room was spotless. Housekeeping did great job sprucing up room each morning. Enjoyed having the balcony to relax on at night. Air conditioning in room was a bit temperamental. I would set the temperature to the lowest setting to cool the room down, and sometimes the room temperature would actually get hotter. It worked fine most of the time except my last night. No elevator in the Bay side was a challenge for carrying luggage (thankfully reception helped during check in), was a nuisance upon checking out - was given fair warning, but can imagine this being an issue for limited mobility guests. As a light sleeper, I personally had no issues with noise from bars during the weeknights, music and noise ended at reasonable hours. "

"All of the staff was so wonderful and helpful both in hospitality and recommendations on where to eat and hang out. Evelyn in dining was particularly helpful and very friendly. Out bell hoppers were also so lovely as well, can’t remember the woman’s name but she helped with our bags and was so friendly. Hannah from reception was especially kind to us since we had been very jet lagged and she was so accommodating. Thank you all for the lovely experience and good food in the restaurant. "

"Fantastic hotel with absolutely the best staff! We really enjoyed our stay and room. The area is very walkable and Little Jack Horner Cafe down the street has amazingly good breakfast. I highly recommended Coogee Sands Hotel!"
