We really loved our stay in Inn on Boltwood. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. The building has this historic charm that transpires to the room decor as well. The place is clean and it is located in centralized location that is near restaurants and Amherst college.

Friendly staff and great location. Rooms and furnitures need updating. Shower pressure was too high and couldn’t be adjusted. Room door latch and lock were broken (service call was made but no one came to fix it).

Truly what a wonderful and magical experience. Check in and check out were very easy, staff were very accommodating and friendly, the Inn provided an old timey feel, and the restaurant located right in the hotel (30Boltwood) was delicious!! We even had a gas fireplace right in our room. We can not wait to return again!!
