"The room was mediocre. There was still sticky red marks on the bathroom door, our bathtub needed maintenance to come unclog it. The pillows look fluffy but once you place your head on it they flatten. As you entered the room, it smelled of dog pee. The shuttles were a huge plus for us but some of the drivers we encountered were not very friendly. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again."

"Rude staff, I was travelling bak to my country with a dislocated arm with a sling nobody was available to even ask if they can help. on shuttle buses. Doorbell was nit able to help with time Shuttle driver was rude and thing that he owned the place. Cafeteria personnel is bitter as well frontdesk clerks."

"The layout is very confusing if you aren’t staying in the tower. Trying to find our way to the lobby, my son and I took an elevator to the 3rd floor. When the elevator doors opened, we were met with an open construction site. There was debris and a saw out in the hallway. There was no warning signs or tape. Super dangerous. "
