I have been hesitant to leave a review because the property management told me that my refund for misrepresentation was dependent upon my review. This is not a stunning three bedroom. This is a basement that took us over an hour to find because it is not marked correctly. If you look at the photo you’ll be going through the basement door on the far left to a two bedroom with a walk-in closet that has a fold out foam chair for a bed. The toilet seat was broken the entire time and we asked to have it fixed, which did not happen. We also did not receive any check-in information from Vrbo with codes or Wi-Fi until I contacted the host and asked for the following day. The management company at that point was very receptive to my complaints. I did meet the owner and she was wonderful. I expressed a few complaints to her and she immediately followed through that evening and fixed the problems that I had talked about. I was VERY disappointed that a full refund was offered, partial refund was offered and upon asking for that they wanted to see my review to ensure that they got a 5 star review first.We made this property work, but I will say that my nonverbal, special needs adult daughter slept in the one room with the trundle and woke up the second day with bites all over her body. I do not know what happened there, but we changed the bedsheets and she was OK after that. The stairs were a problem for her and I wish I would have known looking at the photo, you get the basement.
