What a wonderful home and host! We needed a family vacation in a welcoming home and this house was exactly what we had hope for. Plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company, and also accommodating to provide solitude in the lovely and spacious basement if needed. Nice, large backyard with hot tub was an added bonus.The kitchen was fully furnished and provided everything we needed to feel like home. Being able to utilize the garage to park in was also a huge plus for us giving the mornings were quite chilly.The location suited us well. Easy access to Interstate 25 and major stores nearby. (Walmart, Super Target) to name a few. We also noticed a shopping mall nearby as well. The host also communicated very well with us and provided answers quickly. I would happily stay here again and recommend this house to others.

The house is just as shown. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of space, and plenty of restrooms. It was perfect for us five ladies. We each had our own space, and it was nice having so many restrooms. Property manager was quick to reply to any questions. Would stay here again.

The hot tub water was very cloudy and I notified host but it took the third day before it was resolved. There is not a closet in the downstairs bedroom to hang clothes up. Downstairs bathroom did not have toilet paper so I robbed some from main level bath. It was nice to have robes provided for after hot tub use. The neighborhood was quiet but not kept up.This home served our purpose and was at a fair price.

Comfortable and convenient house

The home was very comfortable and nice to come back to after a long day. Communication with the property manager was easy. We had issues with the WiFi and the property manager got the issues resolved right away. I would definitely book this home again when visiting Colorado Springs . Thank you for the comfortable stay . Location made it easy to get to zoo, garden of the gods, our relatives home , airport and our first time having Dutch Brothers coffee .Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours.

Great Stay

The house was spacious, clean, and the hot tub was great. We had a small hiccup at the beginning of our trip when the a/c went out on the hottest day. We got ahold of the property manager who had someone out within 30 minutes and maintaned communication with us about it until she was able to get the unit replaced 2 days later. Location was convenient and within a good distance of things to do and restraunts. Would definitely stay here again!

We found it easy to get everywhere easily. The house was as described and the beds were comfortable. The house in general was lacking in housewares, full of minor disrepair items. Examples: no cutting boards, or storage containers (some were delivered when I wrote in). The remotes didn't have working batteries, light bulbs were out or the fixture wasn't working, the shower handle stop was broken and the hot water turned up too high...a potential liability in an area where you expect children. The dining table sat 6 cramped. Owner/manager response was almost non-existent.

This was a spacious, updated, older home in a transitional neighborhood. We were a party of 6, and we all had room to spread out. Only wished that we could have stayed longer be able to make use of the hot tub

Nice house!

House was very nice! Only issue is that there is a Super 8 on the other side of the fence. We heard gunshots two nights in a row and saw a woman naked except for a blanket wrapped around her sneaking through the fence one morning
