Property a little tired but very clean and staff are very nice. Rooms functional we were upgraded to a beautiful view, only complaint the hearing was in a timer and the room was very cold. They gave us an electric heater which took the chill off.

Our generous bathroom was refurbished with modern fittings, the only downside being feeble water pressure in the shower. Buffet breakfast was good quality and hostess Michelle was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was very relaxing, enjoyable and good value, we were pleased with our choice to stay in the edge of charming Bradford, rather than more cramped and expensive accomm in Bath City. "
