A historic pub and hotel , lovely staff, room very clean and comfy and breakfast to order and nice fresh food . Lovely Frome is worth exploring and the pub restaurant very welcoming . An amazing bus service to Bath from the front of hotel.. runs till midnight !

The staff at the George Hotel were excellent, friendly, cheerful and efficient. Our room (19) was looking a bit tired but it offered everything we needed. We slept well occasionally disturbed by rattling pipes/extraction in the bathroom wall though.

Room was tired but clean. Faced on to town centre road which had deliveries near by around 12.30 am, so noisy. Food was good. Didn't get invoice or email on check out itemising room and food. Just hope it is correct!

Easy to find. Warm atmosphere on arrival. Pub was modern but classic.Wayne and all of the staff were very welcoming and polite. They went above and beyond to change the menu for my very fussy child! Breakfast was lush with a great choice of cold and hot options. Our family room was large, clean and had lovely little touches of coffee, water and biscuits. Parking secure around the back. Great base for sightseeing, visiting Longleat and catching the bus into Bath. 100% would recommend
