The room was very dirty looked like they had never vacuumed and when you pulled the bed out of the couch, it was still dirty from the last customers that had been there. Pool area was very dirty and smelt like you had walked into a gas station bathroom.

When we arrived we were told that the Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. It was disappointing that we weren’t told that these amenities would be unavailable when we booked the room. A fun part of staying in a hotel is the swimming and hot tub!
