Historic charm and modern amenities. Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi. Smart TV. Steps from one of Cleveland's trendiest neighborhoods, shopping on West 25th. Very walkable! Short ride to Edgewater Beach, Downtown, theater district, sport venues and major hospitals. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals!
The space
One-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a multi-family with a full kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker).

Note: This is the first floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the side of the house and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. Since there are multiple units in this building, there is always potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.

Neat and clean.

The property was very neat and clean; just right for 1 or 2 people. Our host was very quick to reply when I had a question. The property is walking distance from a really tasty brunch restaurant (The Rowley Inn). My only criticism: who buys single-ply toilet paper?
