Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. The entrance and lobby area was very stark and honestly did not feel welcoming. We are long time IHG members and there was nothing offered . I even asked for just a bottle of water like we’ve received at other hotels and the clerk just said we would have to pay for it. She said they are not given anything to give IhG members but she wished they could. I got the impression she is asked about it from other members because it’s what we’ve come to expect. Even though a bottle of water and a package of crackers or cookies is a small way of saying our business is appreciated; it is nice to be acknowledged that way. When you’re tired from driving, it would have been nice to walk into a more welcoming space.

I was genuinely pleased with my stay here. I'm very picky about hotels and this met my expectations. Whomever cleans and prepares the food, treat them right. Thank you for your hard work. As soon as we walked in it smelled nice and fresh. The room was clean. The venue was quiet and breakfast was spectacular. I will definitely be returning. Keep doing what you're doing.
