When I reserved my room, I did not know there was some sports convention and there were tons of kids running up and down the halls and yelling! I called the front desk and they tried their best to move me to floor where there were lest kids. I truly appreciated that. The down side was there are thee elevators and one was down. They move awfully slow and with the amount of kids it took forever to finally get on one of the two working elevators. I unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool as there were so many people, and the same goes for the breakfast… just too many people I decided to go out and buy food instead. I’m sure staying at time with less guests this place would be wonderful! I’ll definitely give it another try.

Clean room, Great breakfast, nice amenities. Only thing was the noise level of the lobby and elevators. Lots of corrugating in the halls and yelling across the building late at night and early morning. It would be nice to have staff correcting the noise, as there were signs asking people not to be loud during those hours.

Booked room with 2 beds got room with 1 bed, front desk said his computer says the room had 2 beds. Totally wrong. The room itself had the full size 8 person business conference table in it. Not sure how our room was storage also. Had to use sofa fold out which was not clean and very uncomfortable. The toilet clogged. It was just overall a very disappointing stay.
