I had a wonderful stay at the hotel—the staff was excellent, very accommodating, and the entire facility was modern and impeccably clean. The valet parking made things so easy, and I appreciated that the fee was deducted from our security deposit, making it a hassle-free experience. However, the one major issue was discovering blood on our sheets and pillowcase. I immediately called the front desk, and while they did send someone up with replacements, that was the extent of the resolution. No further acknowledgment or accommodation was offered for such an unsanitary and unsettling mishap. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was fantastic, but I do wish this situation had been handled with more concern.

We stayed at this hotel to have a close proximity to both the Wells Fargo and the Reading Terminal Market. At first the staff were friendly, but when asked for help with towels, linens for the fold out bed, or anything other than check in they became very rude. Whenever we tried to call the front desk no one answered the phone. The water pressure in the shower was awful, we were out of conditioner from day 1 and the room itself was supposed to be set up with pots and pans, cleaning materials and free water. We had none of those things.

I had an amazing one night stay at this property. The parking is a huge issue, and not everyone wants to use the valet.. you’re in downtown Philly maybe invest in some parking spots or buy spaces from the city so people can park around your building without risk of being towed. My only the complaint was the lack of attention at the pool when over 15 kids were in the hot tub and multiple younger ones flooding the floors with water and running all around the pool, several of them fell and no one came to mediate the situation. Howver this hotel was immaculate, a great location, nice staffing, very quiet for being in the city and in great walking distance to a lot around the area! Great job overall!

The place was dirty. We did not have any soap or shampoo in the room, even after I requested the cleaning lady for some, for the duration of our 2-day stay. I booked for 3 people but there were only 2 towels in the room when we arrived. The vanity lighting was dark and the sink was clogged. The only saving grace were the valet guys. They were very patient and helpful.
