Room was clean and neat. Loved the nice long bench for providing an optimal place to have an open suitcase. Nice breakfast selections. Shower head was not adjustable and way too low for my 6' husband, and walls were really thin - we could hear our neighbor's TV as well as his phone calls! Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

Wouldn’t stay again….
I booked on hotels.com and fully prepaid for a 3 day stay to be sure I would have two beds. I was traveling with a friend of the opposite gender so two beds was important to me. Upon check in I’m told my room has been changed to a king bed. I said I didn’t approve that and after going around with the staff I was told they couldn’t do anything because I booked with hotels.com and I would have to take it up with them….as the hotel was fully booked. The elevator was broken the entire 3 days I was there. Never a service person even working on it.

Average stay for a good price.
Check-in was smooth, however, the first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. There was still garbage in the room & there was no bedding. The next room was very clean. No complaints with it. There were no towels by the pool. I'm pretty forgiving of hotel breakfast, but this one was rough.

Reserved 2 rooms and was double charged for both stays on my credit card, then got the runaround on how and when my money would be refunded. My rooms smelled of sewage and the elevator was broke down the entire time which I wasn’t informed of before paying for my room. I was forced to drag several large pieces of light up 3 flights of stairs while pregnant. Received no accommodations for my inconvenience.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in (2 queen beds, nonsmoking). There was a microwave and mini fridge in room. The free breakfast also had a ton of options and was kept well stocked throughout the morning. The only negative during our stay was that the walls do seem kind of thin (you could hear road noise, doors closing, toilet flushing from another room, etc).

The elevator didn’t work. We were on the third floor. Having to carry luggage, a pack n play, and kids up 3 flights of stairs was terrible. The pool had no towels. We used the guest dryer (which cost $3) and it didn’t even work. The room was nice and breakfast was good.

The blonde lady with glasses who checked us in was so nice. I talked to her a few different times while we were there. The hotel is nice. Alot of shops and restaurants nearby. I Highly recommend this spot

Overall good stay.
The USB charging ports were broken in 2 places in the room, and the toilet ran constantly unless jiggled the handle just right. Overall though, it didn’t bother us during our stay.
