Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"The rooms were very clean. The front desk was very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Our only complaint was that because we were a party of six with lots of luggage, we needed help. It was hard to find and the guy took all the bags to one of three spaced out rooms and left. We still had to move our own bags even though my husband had tipped well. The only carts were the ones people brought over from the airport and there were none in the morning so we just did it ourselves. We do realize that in an airport hotel, most guests wouldn't need this service but after a long day of travel we did. That's our only problem to mention because the hotel is nice and otherwise had everything we needed for a one night stay."
