This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. The shower didn’t turn on, there was hair in the sheets along with stains I can only assume are from somebody peeing themselves or worse. There was bugs all over the room and I truly was disgusted with everything about it.

Big7 Motel, This place is unsafe, filthy, and completely inconvenient. The beds and towels are so dirty you wouldn’t even pick them up off the street. The health department should shut it down immediately.

DON'T always believe the photos

The room was clean, but had ZERO amenities. The towels were small and paper-thin, the pillows were small, and the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I tried to check out the next day (5-day stay) and was told I had to do this through Hotels.com, I contacted Hotels.com and was told I had to do this with the hotel.

Absolute Below the Lowest Standard

Bed Bugs. Dirty Towels. Broken Smoke Detector. Uninterested Staff. Permanent mold and mildew smell in the bathroom. Scratched up "graffitied" mirror. Weird floor plan were you needed to have the body of a child to get between the bed and the bathroom. Definitely deserve a refund but I know they won't do it. Checked in and immediately checked the condition of the bathroom and linens to see they were stained. Went to the front desk to request new ones and they looked at me like it's my fault, knowing very well I had just checked in 15min prior. Two days later they replaced them again during "room service and gave me towels in similar condition. At which point they looked at me like a sworn enemy when I was just requesting the most basic of decency. I understand the concept of "you get what you pay for" but there should still be an enforceable bare minimum of service quality.
