Every time we come to Gurnee for a weekend of shopping, we stay here at La Quinta and love it so much. From the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the whole facility, the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoy our stay here every time. Thank you again! We can't wait to visit again!

Our room was nice - exactly what we expected. I appreciate that the mini fridge had a separate freezer space that worked well. It would have been nice for housekeeping to have turned on the heat; the room was really chilly when we arrived. Easily correctable. The hot tub was warm, at best, and the pool needed attention (which was given the morning we checked out) The breakfast was good; plenty of options, several allergy friendly. Not at all noisy, though it’s close to the highway. Convenient location. Staff was courteous and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Room was clean, but no soap had to request when checking out got the rude front desk manager that wanted to be smart when asked to check out leave the key that’s it she says I replied how do you know if it’s not late check out?
