Bring kids at your own risk
For us, this property was a slight disaster. The driveway is horrendous and we could barely swing our truck in and squeeze down the narrow driveway. It said 2 parking spaces as well as additional but if you drive anything bigger then a Mini Cooper you have to park on the bank so the other neighbors can get around you. The other spot was not marked either. From there to get to the house it’s a flight of old wooden stairs which I barely let our kids walk down. Once you get to the house after all this, note there is no cellphone service so if you’re not smart like me and don’t check your phone for the code to get in you have to reverse this whole process . Once in the house is beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend it for kids. LOTS of open stairs and the “kids” room is on the 3rd floor. Conveniently there is a window on the top bunk with no screen that kids can climb out of if they had a death wish. Thank goodness we caught it before anything happened to them. The property doesn’t have any flat spots for them to play so we kept them inside the entire weekend unless we went to the dock, which was actually quite nice. There are a bunch of paddle boards and boats but no oars or anything to use them. I’m not sure if that was on purpose or an accident. The few other things were the bbq has not been cleaned and it caught on fire when we started it. Thankfully we pulled it away from the house before starting it and other then a big black plume of smoke we lucked out on not having any other issues with it. The only other things that should be noted were the lack of carafe for the coffee pot and the significant amount of cobwebs through the house and windows. All of this stuff added up we still managed to have a good weekend, but it should be advertised as not kid friendly (or bring kids with caution) and more pictures to show what you’re signing up for.

Treat to stay in this beautiful home.
Lovely home gave us warm and cozy vibe. Hot tub was great because it was a little to cold to swim in the lake and it was serviced twice a week which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay here again. Stairs might be an issue for some but on the plus side it did give you a workout.

Nice get away
The location, miles up lake, was exactly what I was looking for. The property is large enough that the neighbors are not right in your face. My kids, who are all good swimmers, loved swimming off the dock and out to a floating platform. My family's biggest complaint was that the bedrooms and loft were very hot. The AC was on full blast the entire time we were there but it only cools the main floor, and struggles at that. We had fans trying to direct air into the bedrooms but it was not enough. Some of us slept on mats on the main floor. Beautiful wood work, but not much thought went into the HVAC design.

Beautiful Lakeside home
This home was so unique and beautiful. It was the perfect place for our group of friends and everyone enjoyed the stay. We especially loved the patio and private deck. I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for the convenience of staying in town, it takes about 35 min to get into Downtown Chelan. But we specifically wanted privacy and seclusion. Can't wait to go back!

Quiet peaceful getaway
This location was the perfect retreat location. Beautiful views and house design. Very spacious and great layout overall. Wished the rental listing mentioned that use of kayaks on property were ok. We didn’t know for sure so we didn’t use them. negatives- we arrived at 4:45 and cleaning lady was still there. She was polite and was finishing up but we were told check in was 4pm. We had to wait about 5 minutes. cobwebs around windows throughout the house lots of steps so carrying stuff back and forth from vehicle was a bit much. Stairs leading down to water were also a bit steep in areas.

Great place to stay
Perfect location and loved being right on the water. A few minor complaints but nothing big. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 guests. We ended up buying some but the manager or host was able to drop some off the next day. I also tried messaging the host prior before arrival to see if I could bring my 2 yorkies with an additional fee. Unfortunately I never got a response. I did notice dog or cat hair on the main carpet so that was a bummer that I couldn't get a hold of anyone to bring mine. Not a big deal though. Carpets and floors could've been vacuumed and swept better. Overall I was happy and I would stay here again.

Wonderful experience
The views from this cabin are wonderful! I enjoyed the fact that it was further away from the busier parts of the lake and there is so much privacy. The hot tub is lovely and there are amazing views from it. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. We used the BBQ which worked perfectly.

Stunningly beautiful location
Pictures can't give enough justice to the panorama spread of the lake and craggy hills. It doesn't get much better than sitting on the porch in the early morning summer sun with a cup of coffee and a book and this view. The cabin is fantastic. We had a group of 10 folks, and we had more than enough space. We went in late June. The lake was choppy and glacier cold (it shocked the body), so it wasn't great for swimming. Based on my experience at Lake Chelan, it would probably better for swimming in Late July to Mid-September. On the other hand, we did go swimming at the park in Chelan (30 minute drive away). The water is much warmer.
