Everything’s good. One thing that could be helpful. I’m not a small man. A free upgrade to business class would be great on my trip back to Texas. October 5th.

Aug 29, 2018

I ordered diabetic food but didn't get it.

Aug 26, 2018

Spacious seats and overall a good experience. However, I sat in the exit row on one part of my flight and it was the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat in. The headrest was weird and the exit seats dont recline. Just choose a regular seat. They're much better.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Quito

These handy tips about airport security checks will save you a lot of time and energy on your way to Quito:

  • Ensure your boarding pass and passport are not difficult to reach. You will be asked to produce them straightaway.
  • You'll need to pause the music for a few minutes. Headphones must be removed and placed in a tub to be X-rayed. The same applies to items such as coins and keys.
  • Electronic devices such as laptops, tablets and phones will need to be sent through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • Toothpaste, deodorant and other toiletry items in gel, liquid or cream form need to be stored in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters). They also need to fit in a 1-quart (1-liter) clear zip-lock plastic bag.
  • Undo your shoelaces before approaching the body scanner. Depending on the sort of shoes you've got on, security may instruct you to take them off.
  • Some places have strict biosecurity laws. Think about where you're going to and whether or not it's permissible to travel with fruit and meats.
