Service was great and the hotel and room were beautiful. I upgraded my room based on pictures and the tub didn't have a working plug so I couldn't take a bath after a long travel day. I forgot to say anything to the staff. I would check that the tub was functional before upgrading now.

Everything very enjoyable. Service is great; Rcardo Amores at the front desk was especially helpful and Mr. Reinaldo Cardenas at the restaurant was so kind and focused in every detail. Food is very good too.

This hotel is beautiful, traditional Spanish style. There is a feeling of stepping back in time with its traditional and quaint decor. Some of the staff is bilingual Spanish English. I speak English, so it made things easier.

This was such a beautiful property from inside decorations to outside garden. They had great breakfast selections, provided airport shuttle and staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed one night for my morning flight.

I can't say too much about this property because I was there less than 12hrs. But the staff were EXCELLENT and kindly made my party all take-away breakfasts because we were leaving too early for the free buffet. That alone made my stay!

Perfect overnight in Quito

Everything about this hotel was exactly as pictured and described. We stayed in a townhouse room which was very spacious. The decor was very charming, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms are beautifully appointed. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! The food was nicely prepared and we even received to go breakfast boxes for our 12:40am departure. Excellent value and service.

Great hotel near airport for families

Super friendly staff. Clean and elegant spaces. Nice pool and gym plus pool and foosball tables. The service was excellent and we enjoyed exploring the nooks and crannies of the property

Beautiful place with an landscaping extremely nice and old Spanish construction with beautiful details. Only small inconvenience is this splendor is located in a residential area pretty local and nothing to do around. Restaurant food is good but with American prices. They offer shuttle for free and is very recommended for people's coming or go as a transitory place.
