Transportation from PUB and COS
If you find cheap flights to Pueblo that touch down at Pueblo Memorial Airport, book one, as this airport is only nine miles from the center of the city. From PUB, your best option is either a taxi or a rental car, as public buses do not come and go from the airport. You can get a taxi by calling ahead and waiting outside the main terminal, and you can get a rental car on site in the main terminal. However, chances are you'll be flying into Colorado Springs, as there are simply far more flight routes to COS, which is actually only 43 miles from downtown Pueblo. From COS, your quickest and most convenient option to get to Pueblo is to probably rent a car from one of the companies located near baggage claim. You could also call for a taxi, or hail one outside the main terminal. Additionally, private vans and limos can be booked if you prefer. No matter what mode of transportation you choose, you'll be able to reach most Pueblo hotels in a short amount of time.
