This property was pleasant enough. The room was clean; a fridge would be nice addition. Breakfast was basic with a cereal choice of Cheerios or Raisin Bran (no Froot Loops as you usually find as an alternative). A big plus is that the property was a short walk to the park across the street and to shopping and dining. In general, it was a decent stay.

Older motel in Canon City that has been renovated. Great room, and pretty quiet even in our room that looked out on the highway. It's directly across the street from the Royal Gorge train station, so pretty convenient. I'd choose this if I come back to the area.

The property is outdated. The carpets are smelly. The bathroom was full of insects. Even our bed had spiders. The breakfast was very poor (no protein). It wasn't a good stay. The only good thing is the location.

It is a small motel tucked in away from the street, with a delightful frig, freezer and microwave. The breakfast area was well stocked and spacious, with a view of a nice park, that made a pleasant start to our day.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bathroom and shower. Good TV service, adequate air conditioning, decent continental breakfast. The two steps leading into the room were a bit of a challenge, with no handrail. Plenty of parking, great location across from the railroad station and a pretty park.

Great alternative to modern, big corporations- we had a large room with 3 real beds. The fridge was full sized and it was just as clean as you’d expect at Holliday inn or Comfort inn and suite. But for quite a bit less, friendly staff. We were within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and the train depot.

this is an "old Style" motel where you park outside the room . It is in immaculate condition and the interior is modern ,clean and plenty of room. The owner is present and she does pretty much everything. Breakfast is decent. If you want quiet,clean and comfortable this is a true value !
