My stay was delightful from beginning to end. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to two shopping malls, surrounded by plenty of eateries, and with a convenience of a supermarket right beneath the hotel.

Comfortable bed, the room was clean and fresh. Had a great night's sleep in between international flights. Dinner in the Cosmo was the spaghetti and meatballs, which was quite tasty compared to what I'd had on the airplane. I would recommend it for convenience and for comfort!

Everything is perfect only 1 things they need to improve is sauna or steam. We choose the runaway room and so perfect because we can see the view aeroplane all the time. Thanks all the staff in crown plaza changi airport. The breakfast not many variety, thanks.
