As soon as you enter the main floor for the terminal building the route to Sama Sama is in front of you. Buggies were there to take you to the hotel but my mate and I walked ☺️. The reception was incredible, fabulous and polite staff. The room was out of this world and sooo big. Best hotel stay on my trip. Will def come back

The hotel and everything was great and I even upgraded to a premium (club room) free of charge. The staff was polite, vast choice of delicious breakfast, the décor throughout was beautiful, and the room we stayed was also great, not to mention the efficiency and fun buggy ride. Very comfy stay. Would recommend. Easy access from KLIA international. Has buggy that takes you from terminal to hotel (or you can walk) Easy for next day flight. KLIA lots of food options - food garden 24h or restaurants on international departure floor. Gym, jacuzzi and spa available in hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Malaysian style :) Will come again.
