Transportation from DRO
Purgatory is 42 miles north from DRO. Since Purgatory flights land at this airfield frequently, travelers have numerous transportation options. If you don't want to deal with driving, you can either hail a taxi outside the main terminal or book a private shuttle to Purgatory in advance. Rental cars are available next to the main terminal as well; having your own set of wheels comes in handy if you wish to venture outside Purgatory to places like Silverton and Telluride.
