Overall, booking & communication with the host went really well. The location was fantastic and the complex was well cared for and quiet. The place had all the necessary amenities and checking in and out was a breeze. The price per night was reasonable but the 300 in service fees made this stay way more expensive than a hotel.Pros: - Great location- Easy check in / out procedures and communication from host- Had all the amenities you'd need. Fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, a library, large screen smart tv in the living room, hair dryer, curling iron etc in the bathroom. Cons:- Has a funky smell. Not sure if its from weed / vape or that it's a pet friendly place and its residual from the pets, but every time you walk through the front door it hits you and then you just get used to it after you're there awhile.- The bathroom is a little wonky. The shower & bathroom sink was not clean. There were gobs of dark hair on the walls, the floor, and the sink. - Bed / bedding. I know this is a personal preference and its so hard to please everyone in this category. But, if it will help others...the beds were not comfrotable, super firm, they had plastic mattress protectors that made noise and made you sweat and the pillows were comfortable either.
