The room smelled like smoke. The fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag. There is a fresh stain underneath the sink. The sink wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom reeked of smoke and urine. The toilet wasn’t clean. There were cobwebs hanging from the picture above the bed. The clerk put me in a room at the back of the building. I went to check it out. There was no parking or road back there. Just construction debris. So I had to leave my car parked in the front of the people where people were congregated on the walkway. I asked for a room at the front of the building said she didn’t have one, but I could tell one was empty (curtains open) when I arrived, and when I left. Right outside my door with a bunch of construction debris.

Need look into this place people that clen the rooms not doing there jobs right. Pitiful all i can say.

I booked a king suite and when I got there she told me well it’s first come first serve , then we got in the room it stunk of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room , it was dirty and the linens were stained

The room is not what I expected it to be. It looks great in pictures but everything is cheap and dirty. The beds are pretty much worn out and disgusting. The sheets were gross and the floors were too. The towels still had hair on them when I grabbed one to wipe my face. What made the experience decent was the STAFF. They were very nice and accommodating. Not quite sure why this place has a nice rating though

Pros: -Conveniently located close to I-64. -Free wifi, with decent speed (about 12Mbps). -Cable had about 30 channels or so with four HBOs. -Affordable -Comfortable bed -Friendly staff; snacks for breakfast Cons: -Room fridge did not work. All of my drinks got warm. -No parking in rear where my room was -TV is small by today's standards Overall, I'd say a good value. Give 'em a chance.
