Our brand new guest house (built in 2019)is a spacious one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this tastefully decorated guest house will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Easy parking in the driveway, steps from the cottage door. The backyard is shared with the main house. This quaint West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy shops of Avondale. STR permit #04191

Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts.
