"I feel like we were "catfished" by the online photos. The lobby of the hotel was clean and looked nice. But as soon as we stepped off the elevator, all that changed. The plumbing was terrible. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The beds and room were old and not maintained or updated in a long time. ..."

"It would have been perfect if the room had a microwave and a small fridge. One of the sheets and the covers on the bunk bed were smelling if they hadn't been washed. But the rooms were clean and neat and the cleaning staff changes the towels and the mat on a daily basis."
