"The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, but the room we were assigned made for a very disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong body odor throughout the room. The air conditioner had not been turned on before our arrival, which made the smell even more noticeable, and it took quite a while for the room to cool down. We also found hair in the shower. Additionally, the bedding on one of the beds did not appear to have been changed, as it smelled like someone had recently slept in it. The carpet also did not seem very clean. When we went down to the front desk to address our concerns, there was no one available to assist us. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted our stay."
