Book a hotel near Cave Buttes Recreation Area, North Phoenix

"Checking in was easy and the front desk did let me know that housekeeping was on property every other day, so requests would be handled by the front desk. However, my room wasn’t cleaned on the day of arrival; the floors had hairs, the sheets weren’t new and the shower was also poorly cleaned. We stayed four nights, and the day housekeeping did come our room was ultimately left in that same condition. They didn’t clean the counters, the shower or the floor throughout our room; the sheets weren’t changed just tucked back in but fresh towels were left. There was a lot of things to do within the area and the hotel generally is nice, but the individual rooms are not well kept. Definitely 3/5. "

"Our bathroom faucet and tub did not drain, so water would pool in both. The complimentary breakfast was not enjoyable, and the pool railings were loose, and unsafe."
