The place seemed newer, but my keycard wouldn't let me in certain entry doors. AC in my room never got the room to a very comfortable temp. The bed made my back hurt. Went out to my truck to grab something and came back to one of the doors my keycard did work in, and someone had shoved parts of a bush in the latch to not let the door lock. I pulled it all out. I'm a big guy with tattoos, so I tend not to judge, but the other "guests", made me feel like I had walked into the local prison! Didn't expect that for what the room cost. Was glad I was by myself and a little concerned at the same time.

Best hotel on our trip.

Amazing place. So happy with our stay. I can totally recommend this place for a short or an extended stay. Kitchenette with full fridge, washer and dryer, optional balcony. Place looks great, is quiet and enough near by to eat and shop.

It was a great place to stay for the price I paid. I would recommend this place to others. Loved the convenience of a kitchenette along with a washer and dryer in the room. I would definitely stay here again. The older guy was so very nice and helpful. Even the younger guy who checked us in. Great customer service.

We've stayed at this property several times and it is not being maintained. It took two days for our TVs to work after spending about two hours working with staff to try and 'fix' the issue. Staff could not fix TV. Compounding the issue are two remotes that have to be used to operate the TV with no instructions. Netflix never worked. There was no iron in the room. The coffee buffet in the common area did not work one night and then the following morning. While staff was polite, there was never any offer to make it right by offering any discount or offer of anything to compensate paying for services that we did not receive. I was also billed for 4 nights parking - the first time I remember paying a fee to park in the open lot and I was not informed upon check-in that an incremental fee was to be charged. I am also disappointed that front desk staff are generally not at the desk, and when they are, they seem to prefer to chit-chat rather than clean dirty windows on the front doors or empty the overflowing trash at the non-working coffee buffet. I can take my business elsewhere. This hotel has fallen out of favor

EXTORTION!!! Meazle or Adrian whatever name he goes by is a LIAR AND A THEIF!! BEWARE ...Pay very CLOSE ATTENTION to your charges when He's working. Booked through Expedia only to get to the hotel and find out there's an additional $100 incidental fee it is refundable so i was ok with that. My hotel was paid in full for Wed, Thursday and Friday with a checkout date of Saturday...I decided to extend my stay for one more day. Went to the front desk only to be told that i needed to pay another $253+ spoke to the manager who is very nice i recommend asking for DOUG ...he recalculated everything told me there was a discrepancy and got it tooken care of. Because he couldn't figure out why i was being charged so much, i opened my door And saw there was a payment problem letter and asked Doug about it he said everything was fine i can disregard it. I left out for a few hours only to return and not have access to my room when i got to the front desk Mezzo/ Meazle, Or whatever his name is once again started asking for more money this time $111+ dollars when i told him something wasnt right he started getting extremely frustrated and aggressive basically telling me to just pay it. When i swiped my card it kept declining so i told him i was going to call my bank to find out what he's trying to charge me for. When i got the bank on the phone i was informed he had tried 4 transactions for double the amount he said was a balance when i started to confront him he became enraged! DON'T STAY!
