Graduation Celebration!

Our family of 9 was in for our daughter's GCU graduation. The accommodations served us well and allowed for family meals and fun by the pool. Drive to GCU campus was easy.

Home away from home

Amazing vacation

We stayed at the home over Christmas week. Everything was perfect. It looked just like the online listing, very clean and very well stocked with supplies. The pool was heated and it was warm and enjoyable. Our 10 and 11 year old boys loved the pool basketball hoop and spent many hours a day swimming and shooting hoops. Would definitely stay in this house again! Thank you!

Not a vacation

We needed a place to accommodate several relatives and friends. My wife was having brain surgery at mayo and we needed a place for everyone. The house is spectacular. Perfect in every way. Thank you so much!

Excellent place to stay!

We LOVED this home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much! It is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There's a large, open room with a huge comfy couch and a dining area. The pool (with the waterfall and basketball hoop) was the highlight our kids' time, and the basket full of pool towels was visible upon entrance to the house. There are puzzles and games available, so it was a very family-friendly place. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty for us at times, but it wasn't much of an issue.

Relaxing oasis

From booking to checkout was a breeze. This property was everything we needed, wanted, and more! It provided ample space for each of us to enjoy our privacy while also enjoying each other’s company The rooms were cozy, the kitchen was spacious, temperature in the home aided with the ceiling fans was quite comfortable. The pool was amazing!! There were books, games, and puzzles available for entertainment as well as magazines and maps of the area too. The management company was thorough in their instructions regarding the property, neighborhood rules, appliances operations etc. They were very attentive and quick to respond when a simple blow dryer quit working, that they had a brand new one delivered the same day. We will DEFINITELY stay here again with the rest of our family the next time we visit Phoenix!!

Moving our kids home from college (GCU)

Loved the layout of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with all pots and pans and utensils that we used for making a home cooked meal. The pool was great except for the leaves that kept falling from the trees therefore we had to keep skimming the pool. But loved the basketball hoop and the seating area around the pool

Red Bird Nest Success!

This home was perfect for us! Nice neighborhood, close to scenic desert trails, upscale shops, and freeways to everywhere else in the Phoenix area. We will look to stay with AZ Vacation Rentals when returning to the area.

Phoenix vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It had everything that you could need except for our clothes and groceries! The home was immaculate! The kitchen was fully stocked and even had an assortment of spices available. Having our own pool for the week was definitely a treat! If we return to Phoenix, I will check to see if this property is available. 5 stars!

Nice, peaceful area.

I loved the neighborhood/area. There were walking/jogging trails closeby. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you would ever need. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time staying at Red Bird Nest! The home was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family of 4. We had lots of room to spare. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We appreciated that there were some pool toys available as well. We will consider renting again!

Peace and Quiet

This property was located where almost anything in Phoenix is with 20-25 minutes. The place was so quiet, clean, and peaceful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We chose to heat the pool, and it was a great decision! A few blocks from the house is the opportunity for a nice hike in the desert mountain landscape which my family all enjoyed. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Welcoming and Comfortable Stay

This is a great home with plenty of room, solid updates, and a wonderful pool and outdoor space. The house is newer, with good-sized bedrooms and a very spacious and conveniently-organized kitchen stocked with all the basic necessities. There were 5 of us adults in town for spring training and fun in the sun. The bedrooms were adequately sized and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of linens, towels and cozy bedding. The location is a bit north from the main downtown action but it's an easy drive on the freeway and easy to navigate. Plus, the nearby commercial area of Happy Valley has everything for entertainment and shopping! Costco, movies, restaurants, etc. Communication with the property management team was clear and easy - and they were super responsive. Overall a wonderful experience and we all agreed we'd stay here again, even though it's not immediately downtown.
